20.11.2024 A previous Bittern at St Ouens Pond, the current one is quite visible for a change RdC A calm day with some sunshine and a light north-westerly wind. 

19.11.2024 A Common Gull in a stormy Grouville Bay RdC Another horrible, wet and windy day with a continuation of these strong north-westerly winds.

17.11.2024 A young Great Black-backed Gull with its Dogfish meal in St Ouens Bay. RdC A cloudy start soon turned sunny but there was a change in the wind today as it moved to the north west 

16.11.2024 This Caspian Gull seen in St Ouens Bay recently was ringed as a chick just south of Warsaw in Poland back in 2021. It is also the first time one has been seen that isn't a first or second winter. RdC A cloudy day with a very light south-easterly wind

15.11.2024 The last of four flocks of Barnacle Geese that passed Victoria Tower this morning RdC Another cloudy day with a very light south easterly wind

14.11.2024 A pair of Cattle Egret in flight RdC A cloudy day with a very light easterly wind. 

13.11.2024 A female Blackcap feasting on an apple in a garden at Beauport recently, thanks to Tony Paintin for the image. A mostly cloudy day with a strong east to north-easterly wind.

12.11.2024 The Hawfinch influx continues with two more over Victoria Tower this morning, making in 100 so far since late October. RdC A cloudy cooler day with strong winds from the north east.

11.11.2024 A recent Song Thrush which are still moving through in good numbers MD A clear start to the day soon turned cloudy with showers and a north to north-easterly wind.
