24.01.2024 One of the many Redshank that roost at La Sente during high tides RdC

Another cloudy day with a moderate south westerly wind

Seen at Beaumont Marsh today were 4 Shoveler and 2 Teal while 130 Brent Geese and a Grey Wagtail were feeding in fields along La Ruelle es Ruaux.

At La Sente were 18 Redshank, 2 Greenshank, 6 Cattle Egret, 14 Little Egret, 6 Grey Heron and the pair of Shelduck.

6 Siskin were in Vallee des Vaux, another 4 Siskin were at Queen's Valley Reservoir, a Cattle Egret was at Mont a L'Abbe farm and another Cattle Egret was near St Saviours Hospital.

A Common Sandpiper was again in the town Harbour and this evening 330 Pied Wagtails came into roost at the Marina.

Yesterday evening 105 Lapwing were at St Ouens Pond
