Another very windy day, with winds still from the south it was quite warm with a high of 16c!
Passing off Grosnez this morning were a Black-throated Diver, a Great Northern Diver, 311 Kittiwake, 131 Guillemot, 12 Razorbill, 24 Gannet, 12 Fulmar, a Common Gull, 6 Lesser Black-backed Gull, a Peregrine which headed off north west towards Sark and at least 8 Harbour Porpoise.
Sheltering at Petit Port were 5 Purple Sandpiper, 9 Grey Plover, 6 Ringed Plover, 31 Turnstone, 35 Curlew, a Kingfisher and 10 Brent Geese while at Le Pulec were 11 Little Egret and a Peregrine.
Seen from the Scrape were a Bittern, 17 Lapwing, 2 Cormorant and a Peregrine.
Out east at La Sente were 18 Redshank, 2 Common Gull, 2 Mediterranean Gull, 155 Black-headed Gull, 10 Brent Geese and 6 Pied Wagtail while 12 Cattle Egret were at Grouville Marsh.
