13.02.2024 A Black-headed Gull coming into land at St Ouen's Pond RdC


An overcast day with a few showers and a south westerly wind


Seen at St Ouen's Pond were 15 Wigeon, 16 Shoveler, 2 Gadwall, 3 Pochard, a Little Grebe, 3 Skylark, a Water Pipitthe Hen Harrier and 230 Brent Geese in the back fields.


At St Aubins were 38 Redshank, 3 Pale-bellied Brent Geese and 2 Little Egret while in  St Brelades Bay were another 3 Pale-bellied Brent Geese


At Fauvic were 28 Cattle Egret, 2 Siskin were in Trinity and another 30 Siskin were in Vallee des Vaux.


Grouville Marsh held 35 Reed Bunting, 15 Redwing, 5 Water Rail, 2 Chiffchaff, 2 Marsh Harrier and 30 Jackdaw while 6 Fieldfare were near Trinity School.
