A sunny day with a light north westerly wind
Seen at St Ouen's Pond this morning were the long staying juvenile Hen Harrier, the White-fronted Goose, the Pink-footed Goose, 200 Brent Geese, 15 Wigeon, 6 Teal, 7 Shoveler, 120 Lapwing, 3 Snipe, a Chiffchaff and a Reed Bunting while in the Sandpits were a Black-necked Grebe, 13 Little Grebe and 13 Pochard. At Kempt Tower were 2 Little Grebe and 2 Tufted Duck.
Off La Rocque were a Great Northern Diver, 2 Black-necked Grebe and 12 Red-breasted Merganser and at Grouville Marsh this evening were a Little Bunting, 40 Reed Bunting, a Long-eared Owl, 2 Marsh Harrier and a Water Rail.
At Beaumont Marsh were 58 Brent Geese, 7 Shoveler, 2 Teal, 3 Snipe, a Curlew and 2 Cattle Egret while 5 Great Crested Grebe were in St Brelades Bay.
A Cattle Egret was at Trinity Manor and a Grey Wagtail was at La Coupe.
